Service was impressive (you will be serve with snacks and tea during consultation). The package was simple and customizable.
Apps was created for much member's benefits. Function of the app: Personal data record, promotion, referal...etc).
The benefits they offering to member is really interesting and it definitely gaining customer lotalty.
My spec was done with RM690+ (durable feame with Zeiss blue filter).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a comfort place to get a new glasses, once you enter, you were served with taiwan tea. Ken is very patient in explaining what features they have for spec and recommend which suits you best. Ken and Salina recommend different type of spec frame to you according to your preferences. Very friendly staffs and definitely recommend here.

He clearly knows what he is doing and even willing to share his professional knowledge when performing eye test. He is the jewel of the shop. Do look for Ben if you want to get your eye checked probably ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got their W series beta titanium, ici Berlin alike frame here, together with their home brand anti blue light and digital friendly lens.
Mr Lim is very professional and precise during inspecting my eyes power.
However, since I’m taking their home brand lens, they are importing from Taiwan, it took 3 weeks plus of getting my spec.
Highly recommend to try our their W series, if you are looking for ici Berlin alternative economical type, this is your place to go. Frame starting around RM 250+ not including lens.
They let you to choose small container that keep your spec and color of cloth as well, very fancy.
They also provide free maintenance for your spec.
Bonus point: comfortable environment also provide clean toilet
