I booked this company's service once and it will be the last time ever because I regret how the owner mistreated his customer. He had quoted for three manpower with dismantling and reassembly of large furnitures. On the day of move out, the workers arrived TWO HOURS LATE and with short of one manpower. Later that day, I found out that they were actually stopped by JPJ while on their way to my house because apparently the owner did not maintained the lorry's road tax! While dismantling the furnitures, I asked the worker whether they will have any trouble moving the large furnitures out with only two workers. I had to make sure that my furnitures will not be damaged. To my surprise, they did not even have their own trolley!! I cannot comprehend how the owner of this company let the workers go out to do their job unprepared. Luckily, or rather unluckily, they used my own trolley which ended up wrecked. I decided not to ask them to reassemble the larger furnitures (largely due to my own preference. I was also already tired from helping the workers lifting my own stuff thanks to the missing promised third worker). So they completed the job at 6ish in the evening. I wanted to negotiate about the lack of manpower and subpar service rendered. Obviously the workers were just manpower and did not deal with pricing so I expected them to leave after finishing their job. However, surprisingly, they have been told not to leave until full payment has been made and any refunds to be dealt with later. I had no choice but to transfer the full amount of money to the company in full before they left. What kind of business owner who would corner their customers until they get their money eventhough clearly did not deliver as promised?! I called the person in charge (who happened to be the owner himself) asking about the refund on the next day. He sounded as if he could not care less about what happened and repeatedly asked me to deal directly with his workers about the payment. He claimed that he had already paid the workers. His irresponsible manner had blinded him to ask his very own customer to deal with his workers about payment that he himself had received. He was being ignorant to everything that I had said. In the end, he said that it's either I deal with his workers or get the refund through KPDNKK. He hung up on me and that was it. I am writing this to stop other people from hiring them so that no one will be a victim. I will write to the authorities to report this act of ignorance from this business owner to get my refund.

Very helpful staffs and very friendly. All items arrived safely at KV Bachok. A joyrney of about 550 km. Unloading done professionally whilst myself still aboyt 1.5hours late. Tq for a good service???
