โ โ โ โ โ For grooming yes but never for boarding. I have sent my pet to various pet boarding hotel in kl but never as terrible as this. I sent my pet for one day , his fur was covered with sand, they said they give each room for each pet, and the owners are not allowed to see where the pets are kept.
