★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with Lotus Care has been exceptional. The team is very prompt in dealing with issues especially Mr Roy, Mdm Sulo & Rani. Always keep family members informed with daily vital signs monitoring. The care givers team is very efficient when dealing with issues especially my mum who has difficulty to fit in initially due to her health condition and strict diet for her kidney diabetic care. Mum has a very impressive recovery from relying on wheel chair to now walking with frame in less than 4 months, very grateful to Mdm Sulo, PCA team and physiotherapist. Mum has turn from poor temper to now happy and participating in activities. Grooming and personal hygiene for mum is excellence. Care givers team has been so patience, shown mum so much love and kindness and make her feel like home. Lotus Care is highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lotus Care is a professionally run institution. The staff has gone out of their way to ensure my mother has been made comfortable, especially the transition. My mum is happy and finds the staff very helpful. I found Roy, Rani and the team to be particularly attentive to concerns and for being a problem solver to get things done. It is the little things that make an elderly person happy, and everyone of the staff has a helping attitude. I would highly recommend checking it out for short term recovery or long term stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In desperation my sisters , my BIL and I called around places in KL for my mum. We finally spoke to Roy at Lotus Care, PJ. (Premium Assisted Living).
From the time he said hello and by the time we ended our phone call. We were convinced this is the right place for mum.
Roy is very sincere, he made my siblings, my very supportive BIL & me feel so comfortable and that we are in the best of hands.
My mum stayed at LC for about 8 weeks recovering from a minor surgery.
Roy as amazing as he is, made sure our needs were met, definitely provided outstanding customer experience.
Sister Sulo bless her heart, she is a wonderful person. A good soul and selfless & took care of my mum so well ( as if her own), so reliable and dependable.
Nurse Stella ( amazing) and PCA Cindy ( the best PCA ever) each of them made my mum’s stay very comfortable.
Big thanks to each of them. So trustworthy and what a team.
They did their very best and gave us the peace of mind.
It could be anytime in the day or night , if we checked on mum, we got a response.
This was so helpful since we children are located in various parts of the world ( US/Australia/M’sia) and with different time zones.
Anytime we needed our mum’s diet to be adjusted, physio to be administered, Lotus care team took care of it without a problem. Very accommodating and always went above and beyond to give the best care.
Big thanks to each of them. So trustworthy and what a team!
So grateful to the entire team that took care of my mum during her stay there and their management team that empowers each of these wonderful team members.
I highly recommend Lotus Care to anyone who need a place for their loved aged parents or family members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous covid "countermeasures" if you can even call it that. Compulsory covid test for visitors on site but own staff walking around the compound without mask! Staff transmitted Covid to my grandparents a few months back in fact! Own staff also refuse to take responsibility for an injury my grandmother sustained here! The "premium" assisted living is substandard!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression is their hospitality is luxurious! Been greeted by their super-professional staff. And they also been very helpful explaining the services they have to me, especially Mr Roy.
For me:
Parking spaces - 5 Star
Room - 5 star
Staff Friendliness - 5 star
Cleanliness - 5 star
To summarize this up, they are expert on what they’re doing. From what I experienced here, they will taken care from the 1st moment you step your feet here, until the moment you leave.

They ensured my sister was comfortable from first day till her last. The daily reports on vital signs were always timely and helpful with additional relevant remarks if necessary. Would highly recommend this centre ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice to talk to one the staff there in the phone , mr Roy ,they really care about their residents from the beginnings of theirs stay until their last. They order flower from us to send to the resident family during the bereavement time. He told me that priority goes to all residents in lotus care. Good job. God bless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lotus offers one of the best assisted premium care in Petaling Jaya. My dad had a fall at home, it affected his mobility after that and was confined to the bed for 20days. For a better peace of mind, we checked dad into Lotus temporarily. Our goal was to get him to walk again in 30days. Lotus looks like beautiful boutique hotel, surrounded with greenery, professional caregivers, in-house nurses, doctor on call and personal chef. Physio sessions by Mohana was excellent as my dad got back to his original mobility within 2 weeks! My dad was definitely in the good hands of Senior Nurses, Sulo and Thivya. Each time during our visits, we felt that dad was well taken cared of under their watch. Especially Sulo, she was like a mother to everyone. Last but not least, Roy the administrator was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely made the right choice with Lotus and Dad walked out with Faith & Victory!
