โ โ โ โ โ Standards of care have dropped so badly in the last year. Room dusty and smelly. In fact whole house and corridor is smelly. My Aunt not helped with self care and hygiene and keeps wearing soiled clothes. Room light has not been in working condition for almost a year. Her clothes are being used by other inmates. I am being told my Aunt does not have enough clothes and told to get more. A pair of earrings missing and keep being told that her dentures are missing but I see them in her drawer. So disappointing and disheartening. What are we paying close to RM7K per month for?
