★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come here for eat and buy few staff. Foodcourt not so many choice to eat here. Buy mee sup watan but don't have watan inside only name. Price pampers baby to expensive here. Better buy other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient for daily grocery shopping since the parking is free. But one time the lotus branded prepacked raw chicken drumstick that I bought has a strong chlorine chemical smell to it. Might be the chemical used to preserve the meat. Almost puked and threw away immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After rebrand I have a few bad shopping experience.
1) Really unacceptable when I saw their staff kick the fallen onion in purpose to under the rack instead of picking up.
2) The new self-service checkout machine is really inconvenient. It required user to press the button on the credit card machine even though I'm using pay wave. Subsequent user have to print duplicate copy of credit card slip and help Lotus to place it into their small box.
3) We have problem with the machine during our first trial, the lotus receipt isn't generated. The Chinese lady in charge stop us from leaving without any explanation and question us why no receipt come out, what kind of question is that? The system is belong to them, they should know better than us right? She also ask have you scan the goods with accusations tone but I already paid for the goods and show her the credit card receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Week days will be a good time for shopper to go. But still can see the social distance need to be more stronger at food court sonce the coverage was not too high. Overall easy to get parking is the biggest point for shopper to there. Pricing reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really bad experience yesterday when i was subject to a racist remarks by a bigot cashier. She is asked me what is inside the 2 tins that was on the conveyor belt. Then she said is this pork. For goodness sake it is in a tin not a plastic. Anyhow the tin was peanuts. I felt really embarrassed by the commotion she created. I wonder how she feels if she was subject to this.
