One can buy fresh vegetables, sea food and meat and a variety of consumer goods.

โ โ โ โ โ As it is still new, most staff are inexperienced too I guess. The staff at weighing counter, was damn too slow, probably it's her first time for the job. Expect long queue. Luckily there are self service counter where you can scan and pay your own goods

โ โ โ โ โ People of Lotus, I implore you, please ensure that your staff here are paid well and given enough training. Customers already have to deal with your notorious rollercoster prices and inacurate price tags. Please don't force customers to queue a mile long with just one cashier open... at least two would keep traffic flowing better.

โ โ โ โ โ Well as the saying goes, all new things are good.! Especially true since this supermarket was opened for business only a couple of weeks ago. This place looks very well arranged with excellent air cond ventilations. As all Lotus's outlet, this place has lots of extras... I liked the
special modern MEP's ATM outlet that generate new notes when I withdraw cash from it. Probably this place is considered quite new it is still not very crowded, got ample semi covered parkings with a car wash service easily noticeable.

โ โ โ โ โ The shelves are always empty..the buyer and store need to acquire more skills in FMG operations, and learn the faster and slower moving items on the shelves, so that we may have a better shopping experience.

โ โ โ โ โ A full-fledge Lotusโs Store in SP (because it was officially opened as a Lotusโs establishment, not of Tescoโs).
Smaller than other Lotusโs I have been to. But it goes without saying, does size really matter? The hypermarket area is good enough for someone who finds it somewhat exhausting to manoeuvre through a large hypermarket (someone like me). Itโs also interesting to note that the wet market area is the first section weโll pass by once we enter the hypermarket. But itโs awkward to find the frozen foods section several shelves away from the wet market area.
Staffs seem to be very friendly and attended to us well. Unfortunately, AMEX card is not accepted at the moment.
