★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SWAF KAJANG OUTLET, LOTUS PLEASE TAKE ACTION! The staffs are rude, ada sorang ni sangat kurang ajar, beli tanya pasal size semua nak taknak jawap, over charging my payment, scan my debit card TWICE & refused to refund, not even apologizing for her mistake & the admin also gave so much lame excuses for not refund the balance of payment even though it is their fault by charging the payment twice using my card, DEAR LOTUS PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS SHOP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no available trolley or basket, and the cashier is rudely throwing customer items after scanning. If tired to work better goyang kaki kat rumah, cashier is not only to assist on payment, also need to be nice to customer. Also there is no plastic bag? And somemore cannot bring basket outside, then how I'm supposed to carry my full basket? Other counters seem to have the plastic, lazy is it?
Management need to read all of one star review in here and act accordingly, there was same experience being commented about months ago, why still got this kind of staff? Do something!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mini grocery at the new Lotus’s branch in Saujana Impian, Kajang. Counter cashier banyak, tapi yang operating 3 ke 4 sahaja. Do prepare for long queue and rude cashiers on duty. Every single one of us had a long tiring day. It doesn’t cost you a lot to be nice. Tak minta cium tapak kaki pun. Please improve your service and train your employees!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has turned to be a lively place to shop and dine. Went there on a weekday for lunch then bought some groceries. Goods quality is good. Price is good. Many offers on the seafood. Best if they can increase staff at the fish market so that we can faster fish cleaning service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to go for weekly groceries and stuff. Announcement too loud and annoying, i thought my kid was over reacting, but seen a few kids shutting their ears. 1 hour here and i went home with headache

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient for families to hang out and shopping groceries, have place for kids to play like jungle gym, the food court is the best for nasik ayam, sizzling yee mee n many more choices, small place but got everything. Just perfect for quick grab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service at the check-out counter. The cashier was so rude and she kept on throwing our items after scanning them. We requested for plastic bags and her response was really annoying and unapologetic saying that there is no more plastic bag. Then she didn't let us bring out the basket outside to the parking. Thus we had to buy their eco bags as we couldn't bring them with our bare hands unfortunately.
Also before that, we couldn't found any trolley or basket at first. It was another customer that entertained us and gave us their basket instead.
