★ ★ ★ ★ ★ extremely limited basket and trolley. even for trolley you need to have old 50sen coin for it to release. mighty troublesome, as if they hate for you to shop there conveniently. lighting is also too dim, they need to change their lightbulb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always not enough any type of bags. None of the ordinary counters open either. Not enough trolley and basket too. If you are buying anything more than two items better go to your nearest speedmart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This supermarket is one we avoid going to the MOST if given a choice. It's a pretty big one for a mall supermarket, but it always look extremely sparse or empty.
Walking through it makes me feel like a huge crowd just did a food run or something. Or you know, like one of those supermarkets in zombie movies that just looks empty.
If you're looking for milk, for example, you go to the dairy section and you see.... A line of Lotus brand milk, and maybe one or two milk of other brands. I don't know if they have a supply/stock problem, but it has been like this every single time we drop by to grab something.
This time, I saw in the produce section, lots and lot of pumpkin... And practically nothing else. Umm... Why pumpkin? I wonder...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now at lotus we have to do self checkout ,scan our own items.with full load of items in trolley with small kids around & running out of time,long queue at self service counter ,it's not convenience for case like me.the risk of missing to scan some items/double triple scanning also there.
with older kids ,I assume they're excited scanning the barcodes pretending like cashier.
The staffs are also not helpful ,n so hard to see them smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So smooth n nice... They used numbering to ensure not so many customers at a time. I love the fact that we have to shop using their app and encouraging us to use our own bag. Please bring your own shopping bag! So, by using the scan n shop app, i scanned all my things, packed it to my own bag and i can see the total price for my cart which i think good as we can control the shopping list. Finally, bring it to the counter and i just paid using e-wallet. So easy.

One shop you can buy everything also the cheapest price ..
The decoration is very nice and biggest store..
Cleaning and hygiene it's very good..
One more thing the cashier is very road lotus's management please focus on this..
I go for pay and she said pay yourself go this station and she angry with me ??
She face very angry how come ??
