★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad and very slow customer service! There were only TWO cashiers open with VERY long queue. Many abandoned trolleys at the cash counters as well. And it shocked me to see that there were many staffs hanging around the cash counters; fooling and joking around but NOT opening any counters, considering the LONG queue. Customers queuing started to complained and asked why the counters are not open. The staff answered back that they are on break and others have gone off for dinner. But it was 5pm and why must everyone have break at the same time? There must be something wrong with the management or supervision. Please do something about it if you want to keep your customers :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for well priced groceries. Ample parking. Very accessible in terms of location. Staff doesn't wear mask properly and almost no social distancing inside.

This is memorable place for me since Tesco to Lotus's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shopping mall. Foods are so so. Have varieties. Coffee are starbuck and nasi kandar including rotu canai , royal and tosai.
Clothes there are cheap . Bought some tand shirt for 80RM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot's of things to buy with a lot of variety. HomePro has a lot of furniture and appliances to buy. Food court and a few restaurants complete the shopping experience. Lotus's does not sell chewing gum however.
Overall an enjoyable experience.
