β β β β β The counter staff serve too slow especially the supervisor, she serves the food exactly like the sloth in zootopia. The counter staff also seems to caught a flu where he keeps rubbing his nose while serving food. Have a very bad experience there.

β β β β β I ordered the combo meal snack plate with 'Free2pc' ala carte on 11/11/20.
Experienced high traffic volume in Kfc App. My payment was successful, but no e-mail confirmation in the system.
Went to the KFC store at Tesco to check with the manager.
The slim pretty female manager (I didn't ask for her name) - the staff call her βMiss" - helped me contact QSR office and managed to solve my problem within 1 hr.
Offered me a free drink while waiting for the result.
I would like to thank her here for her great customer service skills and hope the management will take note of this wonderful employee.
Noticed also that she displayed the same high level of customer service to other customers as well.

β β β β β I ordered from Grab food apps and it was very small portion size!!! They had gave me 1 drumstick and 1 wing with small portion! Already gave drumstick and why another piece still in a small portion which is wing. It should be 1 drumstick/wing with a big portion part. Very disappointed on the meal. No next time order from this outlet anymore and I think better order from MCD.
