โ โ โ โ โ Most of the wheels for the trolleys not working properly. I always go there and it's rare for me to get a proper one. There are no proper trolley station to return the trolley. So the parking always crowded with trolleys and sometime parking lot were blocked by it.

โ โ โ โ โ ignore the other *good review*. Lemme tell you guys, their customer service is the worst, at the cashless place, there should be at leat 1-2 staff that can help customer if they dont know how to use that thing but when i go there, there's nobody over there to help us use that thing
This place also build to target people in Bandar Puteri Jaya, Bandar Perdana, Bandar Astana and also for upcoming Casia City, thatz why the stuff in here just a little bit and the building is pack
The only thing that i realize when Tesco turn into Lotus is the price is getting expensive as hell, like what?
Btw just wanna to tell you guys, they dont serve you plastic, you need to buy it for 50 cent or bring your own bag whatsoever

โ โ โ โ โ Open up the scan and shop counter express for users who convinient on apps. But end up all were queueing up as normal counter. No difference at all. Management should keep an eye on this. Really disappointed.

โ โ โ โ โ The environment is clean and some of the staff will respond to your appreciate. Here I want to commend an Indian female vegetable bearing employee, very polite. But it seems that patrolling is not frequent enough. Often there are canned beverages that have been damaged and the shelves become a little sticky.
i saw a cockcroach at seafood section.
The shopkeeper seems very calm??
