★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional Poslaju branch in Sungai Petani. I've been posting parcels twice a week for the past 2 years. And i have switched to other courier service because of how unsatisfied I am with the staff (female). Long story short, staff is very rude and have no patience from what i observe. Always joking and laughing loudly with other colleagues and never pay attention to the customers. Plus, I've had multiple experience where they always give me the wrong balance amount.??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello. I would like to lodge a complaint regarding your service at Tesco Sg Petani Utara. I went there to drop a parcel but unfortunately I didn't have the consignment note with me. I purchased a few parcels weeks ago and I didn't realise I was short with one. Anyhows, I asked your counter person if I could get the note as I already packed my parcel. She somehow rudely said that I should've gotten enough notes and refused to give me one. Are you serious? You can't even give a note to your customer? It isn't like I didn't purchase the parcel, I had the parcel. Purchased already. Weeks earlier. Just a missing note. I just needed the note. She then told me that if I needed one then I have to purchase a new one. The lady was an older lady at counter 1. When my num was called, which was her counter, I was directed to counter 2 instead, which was a younger person. This counter 1 lady was busy talking loudly about Shopee and blablabla. Is that how you should behave in front of a counter with a dozen of customers looking at you? Had to purchase a new parcel just to get a note. Serious la Pos Malaysia. Bukannya rugi 1 juta pun kalau you guys bagi customer you 1 note tu. Jangan kedekut sangat. Servis kena jaga. Sakit hati dengan kakak tu tak habis lagi ni. How can you put someone like that as your front service?! Now I'm left with a parcel without a note. Just because your employee feels it is better to not help a customer and just be a big a******.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always check your balance after make a payment. I had twice experienced they give me not enough balance. RM10! Haha! Luckily they give me back my balance without asking many questions. Just prepare exact amount next time!
