★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A newly opened Tesco supermarket in this shopping mall replacing Cold Storage hypermarket. More or less the regular stuffs here perhaps much less since it has just started operating. Fresh produce section are surprisingly lackluster with goods not as fresh as they should be here. Prices are a bit lower compared to previous establishment but lack of variety and size of premises make this just another ordinary supermarket. Parking is limited especially on weekends and location of premises on the far left of mall makes it super inconvenient for who have to walk far back to their vehicle. Recommended with reservation as there are many more better options near by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New super market branch of Tesco inside the mall. Most of the household consumer products are avail here but no clothong section and small or very limited furniture options. But all other products are such as fresh vegetables,produce and many more are plenty with good bakery foods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Male staff at the entrance and at the weighing counter were very helpful and polite, and had excellent attitude. 6 stars for them.
At the opposite end, towards check-out, I was kicked from the self-scanning counter to a regular counter. I admit I did not know the system, but the cashiers at both counters were rude and did not offer any help. Another family was also left wondering.
I do not expect or need VIP treatment wherever, but the high-and-mighty, don't-waste-my-time attitude shown by the cashiers here was just too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is spacious, very easy to move around as compared to other groceries. Doesn't seems to be very big, most of the stuffs are available, but selection of brands is quite limited.
Shaded car park is quite far away, not that convenient for heavy groceries shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small Tesco located in side shopping mall. More like a tesco extra with limited items. It has the basic stuff you need with good fresh produce. Items are more expensive when I did a comparison with Village Grocer which should be charging slight premium price.
I am not sure if there is underground or covered parking. You might want to check if you plan to buy trolley loads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. This plastic mini shelve, which for internal use, should not be installed strewn across the counter. It prevents the customer from having a proper landing area for goods payment. This also increases the customer's scanning cycle time. Think from the customer's perspective please, and remove this plastic away.
2. Cleanliness of self service checkout area- staff should keep an eye on this- sometimes the area looks like a dump- wet, rubbish around. Cleanliness should be a priority too, for customers who like a cleaner place to buy things.
