★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service and hardware system. The chinese male receptionist with black hair and bangs looked so annoyed with that attitude like: “Can’t you see I don’t want to serve you at all?” and no one is there to guide us. Worst karaoke system I’ve ever used, the audio is too laggy, the system ui so hard to use, and the song option is just too little. Also the toilet is stuck with tissues, i literally leave before times end. Never come again la haiya so disappointing. With that price, I can already have 1 meal included, updated songs and good service in neway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is affordable with the hours given. Most ppl come here bcs of the price “obviously". The song is not that outdated which is good. Not than much of food can buy inside, free drink, +you can bring outside food too. The irritating part is the Service provided by the Frontdesk. Customer service kinda sucks, impatient and annoying:) I believe from the reviews given by others also the same point mentioned rgding the Customer Service. The karaoke is okayla just the ppl who work there and answer ur call don't have that much of manners/ value/ attitude or skills to attend to cust queries. Other than ok.

The male front desk sounded like i owe him money to sing karaoke.
He looks and sounds impatient and frustrated even when customer ask for simple question as in what slot available, which straight away bring down the mood of joy to sing.
Facilities were really inadequate as well, where the headset was told to be broken for the mini studio, therefore has to be shared among all four mini studio so they can operate all four at the same time, with only one headset audible.
Seriously, even when the other rooms were empty, you are more willing to leave the audible headset there left unused instead of letting your customer to enjoy.
I am not going to MyTown branch anymore to be treated like I cannot afford to pay to sing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was quite rude (talk manners). There no available room for 1 person. You have to pay for 2 person in that small room. The small room only give you headset to hear your singing. Better go to Karaoke Manekineko at the sunway velocity. Their customer service was good and friendly. You can enter even 1 person in their big room with the high quality speaker in it. Hope this can help u guys out there. Cheers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attitude of staff not so good, feel like not so impatient with us??But overall okay, environment quite clean??
And there are something good abt this place is that the free-to-drink station available for everyone to refill the beverages and ice-cream there. Hot and cold drinks are available but the carbonated drinks machine can't use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's fun to do karaoke here, but they could take more care about the bathrooms. All wet and no toilet paper after short time being there. Otherwise it's a good place to go for karaoke, they have a free drink refill station with ice cream too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious room given for SOP purpose, Good staff service even one staff made a mistake on my booking but quickly rectify & solved it. I like the the place design and interior deco and looks clean.
I hope they could fix the toilets..only one out of 4 was not out of order.
For food, the chicken chop with pasta was awful..taste like eating maggi & chicken was hard.
The chicken wings was ok..taste like Ikea chicken..hmm..wonder.. if they bought from there. ?.
Song choices were ok..quite up to date .
The free flow drinks was not all filled up.. not many choice to have.
