★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute underwear and sleepwear, but inflexible and nonsensical customer service. Purchased a pair of shorts and was unable to return nor exchange it because the store closed when Malaysia went into lockdown. I came in when stores reopened but the staff refused to help because their systems couldn’t process refunds/exchanges after 30 days. If your store is closed for 23 of those 30 days, wouldn’t it make sense to extend the policy once it reopened like almost every other store is doing? Soooo lazy. Do better.
