โ โ โ โ โ Let me tell you how way your staff serve customers.
1st , enter your shop without greetings ,no staff at floor and suddenly from where one staff appear behide me.
2nd, Asking to that staff (FAT LADY) and not finish my question with face like how to I describe she take out that tester and tell me this is tester.Got I ask tester or not? listen until finish what customer want to said.
3rd, Asking about you all still got promotion purchase 3 or 4 bottle,not even finish my question somemore and she say YES with face like I earn money from her .
Really disappointed and frustrated experience at your shop today. Actually I'm a fan with your essential oil and also recommend to my friend's after they all come to my house and say really nice smell . Please find staff how to make money for your company and don't find staff don't know how to make money for your company. I give your 1star cause I don't have choice ,if they allowed don't give star is much better for your shop..
