β β β β β Service can be a bit slow since there's only one staff doing everything. Not quite so attentive so if you're missing utensils, you should ask for them. But food is great. Fresh-fried chicken, fluffy egg on top of warm rice. Drink selection is limited. There's coke, 100+ and bottled drink. Seating is also limited.

β β β β β Approached the kiosk, standing right in front of the cashier, wasn't sure if she was too occupied to notice me, another lady asked her to attend to me. Order placed at 6:30pm, was told by the cashier to wait, I agreed. They seemed busy preparing online platform order so I waited patiently within their sight, less than 2m away from the kiosk. I was the only customer there, but from time to time I could see people came and picked up their food, presumably drivers. Your staff (4-5 of them) were seemed so busy chit-chatting at that open-kiosk, some had eye contact with me several times, including the cashier. After a good 30mins wait, I approached your kiosk and check with the lady (whom I mentioned earlier) if my food is ready. She responded "your food was ready long time ago" and handed over the only bag in front of her to me. I told her calmly (although I was beyond upset) that I was just waiting right next to your kiosk, but they just kept quiet. I strongly suggest your staff to go through some basic training in service. Not surprising the fried chicken became soggy, and for the overall experience, you deserve less than 1 star.

β β β β β Food is very bad. Chicken is fried with only flour, chicken skin and oil. No meat at all. Chicken also very stale like it was fried yesterday. I would not recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy. I spent 50rm and had to throw most of it away. Such an unhealthy meal.

β β β β β Very tasty and reasonable priced. Accept Fave pay. So if you like something quick and healthy this stall at the basement B1-K3 maybe something you like to consider for a change. Their business is good so the food is fresh. You can take away or just enjoy your meal at the side table.
