★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is really a shout out to the person who was also cashier on duty @ 28th July 2020. Was there at about 2pm. She was friendly and very engaging, without being intrusive right from entrance. This was consistent with other customers too (RARE). She even helped this guy quickly choose the "perfect" gift for his gf, not an easy task for a guy ?.
Makes for a happy experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my first helix piercing here in Nov 2020. Pain was 3/10 while earlobe piercing was 1/10 painful. Usually my earlobe piercing pain was rated 5/10 at different shop which also cheaper, like only RM10. At Lovisa two piercings was at RM90 but I guess it was worth because not painful. The staff assisted me very well as I told them I never had helix piercing. :)
