★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located near the ticketing counter of GSC movies at 1 Utama (new wing). The burgers are among the best burgers in klang valley, they taste better than highend restaurants and 5 star hotels. Unique flavor combinations, juicy, flavourful & absolutely delicious. The charcoal bun is so soft. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kitchen is way too slow taking into account the nature of its location (needs a pinch of urgency - movie times!) and is clearly over-staffed, paid to wait around. Waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The burger I had was OK, even though the portion size was small. But I think that the biggest downside to this place is all the fruit flies flying around everywhere. Also there's like a wall inbetween you and the register/counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The burgers and fries are as good as ever. I've only a few complaints, one of which is that the usual red mayo sauce for fries wasn't offered here and service is quite slow. I went when there was only one customer and it still took a much longer time than most restaurants. Agree with the other reviewers that the servers here just lack any urgency and efficiency. I personally feel like the environment could use a facelift too, there's something quite unappealing about the dimly lit walls. Imo, if service could be improved and it could be turned into a place where the ambience was more cosy, inviting and where people would want to hang with friends, they would pull a lot more customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the first time i try charcoal burger. it was awesome and delicious. the burger portion are big. That is the best part because went we were to full, we just seat and wait for our food to digested..at that time, Their staff are friendly. i try the "Barbie-Q" burger. my friend try "kick in the face" and "bait and switch" burger.
