★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Washrooms are very clean & air is clear. No objection about the management. It's very easy to get a bus from here to go to nearby localities, also one can have a taxi, grab or my car rides from here. Parking facility is good but not sufficient.

No lights at all at the bridge connecting The Hamilton and the path to LRT Sri Rampai. Only 'romantically' illuminated by street lights at night. If anyone has any incident or fall, I think they might sue the responsible party. ? The escalator is not functioning at all. A hazard to kids and 'immature adults' (I've seen this with my own eyes) who race to the top and down the stair and the unmoving escalator. You might know this, but the platform where you land from the escalator might look sturdy, but it can slid down if the workers did not close it properly. Obviously you did not watch 9-1-1.

This station used to be closed in around year 2008. The train would bypass this station when going between KLCC and Wangsa Maju.
Often this station floods during heavy rain. The train would run over the water and it would splash into the train through its doors seemingly look like Genting’s Kids Water ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better stations I have used. As the only at-grade station on the Kelana Jaya line, it even includes a dot matrix display of bus departures at the exit. The toilet corridor needs improvement since it is very dark. It could be improved if there is access to the other side of the highway. Otherwise, the exit is relatively pedestrian friendly.
