Same as other LRT Station...got Starbucks, BMG fruits, Tealive shop and Kl Gateway mall linked with the bridge. Nearest bank, CIMB where located inside the mall. From here also, you can go to Midvalley mall and University Malaya at RM 1.00 /RM 2.00 only.

Easily accessible from UM and Teacher Training Institute. You can go to KL Getaway from here. Multiple businesses on the site. Topup your MyKad at the customer service counter and you're good to go. There are signboards to guide you.

This LRT Station is located in a strategic place and not too congested. The public can get there by free buses service provided by KL City Council and Bangsar South Management. Taxi services is also available. A pedestrian flyover is also available from KL Gateway Mall to the station for the public to cross the road safely. I am very well oriented with this station because I have been doing security management when this station was under construction.

You know times are BAD when a STARBUCKS franchise decides to close shop at this I would say"busier" LRT stop.but given how shabby myrapid has been recently with their upkeep of things .. I not surprised everything else would suffer too !!! #dobetter

This LRT station was previously called as Universiti station and was later renamed to KL GATEWAY - Universiti LRT station after Prasarana Malaysia granted naming rights to Suez Capital, a local property development. Kelana Jaya Line LRT serves this LRT station, which is located in Kuala Lumpur. It caters to the population of Universiti Malaya as well as Bangsar South, Pantai Dalam, and Pantai Hill Park. A pedestrian bridge connects this LRT station to the KL Gateway mall, which serves as a sort of neighbourhood mall. Although the TM Tower, CIMB Bank, and Bangsar Pullman Hotel are all close by, we can't walk from the station to them because they are on the opposite side of the federal highway. In front of this station is also the Universiti Malaya (UM). Inside this LRT station, you'll find a few modest local food and beverage establishments. Surau is even available for those who wish to pray. This LRT station includes an escalator and a lift for easy access, as well as steps. The station is always clean, and there is no trash on the floor; compliments to the cleaners and commuters alike. The restrooms are also maintained clean and hygienic at all times. For security reasons, CCTV cameras are installed throughout the station. The staff are pleasant and speak good English, so don't worry if your Malay isn't up to standard or if you're a foreigner who doesn't speak Malay language. Aside from the Rapid LRT Token purchase kiosks, there are Touch & Go machines for reloading. This LRT station is not always as congested as other stations in the Klang Valley, but during peak hours such as morning and evening rush hours, there will be more people at the station due to commuters commuting to and from work. If you are coming from Putra Heights station, Kerinchi station is the next station after KL GATEWAY - Universiti LRT station. I generally use the LRT from Ara Damansara to this KL GATEWAY - Universiti station to go grocery shopping at Village Grocer, which is located on the lower ground floor of KL Gateway Mall, and to visit my sister who lives in the KL Gateway Residence condominium.
