β β β β β The worst sales person I ever met in my life. Who ever are planning to buy anything here, please make sure you have extremely βhighβ budget as the sales person literally donβt have the time to intro you anything regarding their products but asking about your budget only.

Brainless worker ever. If whoever like being diss without starting the conversation, this is a good shop to go too. And whoever who have exprience and Extra good knowledge regarding sew, think you wonβt be dissed then. Haha...

β β β β β Can't say enough how much I love this place. This is not your boring and dreary sewing machine shop. The ground floor houses the service area and the first floor is the showroom. Staff are friendly and nice.
They have many machines (mostly Brother, Singer, Juki and Typical) on display, both domestic and industrial long arms, all available for you to try without pressure to buy. Accessories and sewing supplies are endless. I prefer to use their website to sieve through the products more efficiently. The website is excellent too, you can order online and have the stuff delivered or self pickup here. Price wise, given that it is a dealership (and not some unknown supplier with unknown level of after sale service), is friendly on the pocket. I'm told basic service is RM60 in case anyone is wondering.
All in all, love love love.

β β β β β Went there today to buy a set of sewing machine. Staff were really friendly and helpful especially Maria and Nisa (If my memory serves me right with her name.). Was a bit defensive at first when there was a bad review before this. Fortunately that review was proven wrong or there were an incident that happen leading to the bad review. Will definitely be going there again for whatever accessories that my wife need in the near future. Thank you Maria and Nisa for the great service rendered to us and sorry for bombarding you guys with tonnes of questions and not forgetting the haggling too ?.
