★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too business-oriented with long waiting time even though appointment has been made. Plus low spec medical equipments,..ultrasound ..etc. Might as well save $ and go to klinik kesihatan for the similar kind of services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rushed and unprofessional diagnosis and explanation. At least show some compassion to try to explain in laymen terms to ordinary folks, instead of recommending immediate surgery to be done by a 'friend' in a private hospital. Luckily we went to get a 2nd opinion with a solution that actually works from a more reputable institution. Not recommended at all unless you are ready to get a 2nd opinion from another specialist doctor when in doubt.
