★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place! Came for breakfast before the crowd showed up around 8.30am.
Foods were all fine. Average price, not too expensive compared to the rest cafe nearby. The signature of 5 states coffee worth trying, but actually not much difference between them!
From the experience, ambiance and service demonstrated, I guess I definitely would return trying out other menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and drinks were superb! Came here on public holiday, got in line like for 25mins before getting a table. Food ordered via QR code. Food received quite fast like below 15mins. Food portion is quite satisfying. One of the thing that should be better is the nasi lemak because the rice felt somewhat like pulut (maybe the santan ratio is too much?) but other menu orders were great including the indomee with buttermilk which was worth the try! Shop is clean and staff is responsive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is surprisingly good and prompt as the staffs handle the queue very efficiently. We got a table almost instantly. The dining space is really huge, comfortable and clean. They houses various sizes of tables, hence really versatile to accommodate everyone. It was a full house on a Tuesday's lunch time. Despite that, food was served in less than 10mins after ordering. Good job!
Food is generally good. The 'mi siam' does need to be more flavorful. Kopi kaw ice is exceptionally good, perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness, you can literally taste the fragrant beans' aroma. Curry chicken is so so, the broth is quite watery and oily, spiciness level 0. Toast bread is the bomb, this is so far the thickest & largest pieces of butter I've ever encountered. The generous amount of butter really balances the sweet kaya, paired with the crispy crust: PERFECT.
Price is considered affordable and reasonable, considering its location, service and quality. Parking can be challenging, just look for those nearby lots that demand RM5/entry and you're good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service: 4/5
The waiters were not so friendly when we were there. They looked confused when we ask them questions about the food and when they served us the food.
Ambience: 5/5
It was calm when we came as there were not many people (around 4pm on a Monday). They played all Adele’s songs which I don’t mind at all at an acceptable volume.
Food: 5/5
We had the nasi lemak biasa with salted egg sotong and the cheesy mee sedaap with salted egg sauce. Both tasted really good. The sambal of the nasi lemak was sweet with a hint of spicy (not a huge fan of sweet sambal but this one was acceptable).
I think the main highlight is the 5 states coffee. There were only two of us and we didn’t finished all the cups of coffee as they were strong and we were already full. All the coffees tasted great, definitely worthy of trying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being rated with 4 stars above, this is one of the kopitiam in KL that shouldn't be missed for the foodies!
With a modern kopitiam design with traditional heritage brick walls, a high ceiling, really love the ambiance and made me feel so Malaysian. Quite a charming place I would say and the foods are delightful too with quite an affordable price!
The menu specializes in famous local foods like Nasi Lemak, Mee Siam, Hainanese Chicken Chop, Indo Mee, Rojak, some other food dishes with a twist, unique delicacies infused with its own chef’s creativity. It has quite a comprehensive menu that made me wanting to try all of it! But eventually went with their Kaya Butter Toast Bread, Nasi Lemak Sambal Sotong, Ayam Goreng Sambal Kantan, and Teh C Kaw.
Try their bubbly teh c kaw and the ayam Goreng sambal kantan!! What waw me from the nasi lemak is the keropok/cracker, they use the woo dang seaweed flavour prawn cracker. The sambal Kantan surprised me in a good way as I'm a lover of spicy, it really has an excellent spicy savour taste to compliment the ayam goreng!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tourist friendly branch - The staff were really kind and attentive and I messaged on instagram for a last minute booking when they were full and they let me come. As a tourist who doesn't know the language they were really great in helping me order. I ordered the sizzling stuff on the hot pans, and they regularly came to help stir and mix it as well as we didn't really know what we are doing. The food was flavourful and tasty and I really liked the concept of trying 5 different iced coffee's. It was a really great spot for brunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favourite brunch spot. This place has nice ambiance and vibes also classy in certain way. The food here quite nice and the signature drinks which include five different coffee (5 states coffee) is the best place for coffee lover! There were varieties of food and desserts to choose from not to mention other drinks menu. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I really recommend to come here, in fact i keep coming here for a few times now ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends ordered the sizzling beef rice which was cooked on a tiny stove on the table when served. They seemed to have liked it a lot. Said it had great taste and flavour.
Unfortunately, I ordered the meatballs & cut fries which was a disappointment. The meatballs were very dry which made it difficult to chew.
I found the price to be high for what it is but considering it’s in the middle of the city, that could be a reason. RM19.90 for dry meatballs is not really worth it. ?
