From beginning dealing with this business until customer receiving goods, totally a lantooi experience!
1. Arriving there at first, the staff keep wishing good luck, that was after CNY holidays period, i already smell something fishy
2. Asking about the price, the boss manyak linsi linyong (lansi) like he own the whole market, never mind i treat it as you teaching me lesson
3. Boss given me 2 choices, (i) they give me a price i pay on the spot, so my customer wouldn't have to pay there; (ii) i don't even need to give a fxxk about the price they will charge to my customer (he literally can be sound this rude)
4. I asked whether they will still charge my customer, he said no. To avoid they simply charge unreasonable price to my customer, of course I choose to pay on the spot, so that the deal can be transparency.
5. Agreed the price, made payment, like finally the job can be done, walked to my lorry, the staff keep on wishing me gong xi fatt chai, i choose to smile back to him only, bcoz i couldn't afford to give him angpow as i do not have small notes with me that time, and also why must i being "forced" to give angpow? Is that a-must? I choose to naik balik my lorry, the staff then yelled at me "setahun sekali u mesti bayar!", i patiently tell him that i can't give him as i couldn't, he then can shout at me said "takde angpow boleh pergi beli 100plus!"
O yea did i forget to mention that, when my customer received the goods, they still asked my customer to pay an amount? Refer back to point #4!
Nice! Perfect experience on how to be a lousy business and customer service! Wish you doing well in your business in future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My company used their transport to send to east coast many times. Recently I called to check if they deliver to a town, the lady on the phone - no greeting whatsoever, just answer yes. I said I have company account with them, want to check price for this new town delivery. She did not wait to show her frustration and complained I ask a lot of questions - it is only second question. She replied, "You already have account with us, means you know the price."
This is her service for her repeat customer. If not because of their competitive price, I would already change transporter long time ago.
If anyone has a different company pls share.
