★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally when parcel arrived @ office during weekend they will call 1st or just pass to guard. But this time no call from delivery guy and ofc guard then simply put a remark ''kedai / pejabat tidak beroperasi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This delivery is slower than ever. My order has been in transit for 3 days now! The last time I received my album they didn't call my security guard that my parcel had came, I had to check shopee to know that my parcel came. 0/5, do not choose J&T express delivery, NOT WORTH!!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Service, think twice if you wan to do yr own parcel collection. Either need to wait there for at least half an hour or they unable to find yr parcel, ask you to come back again when they found yr parcel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Not sure what kind of magic they used to be still exist after numerous complaints in social media. My parcel stucks there for 3 weeks now. They asked me to pick it up by myself with excuse shortage of staff. Went there and no surprise that staff there said no such parcel. Im still waiting......where is my parcel?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *5 stars walk in service: There's a staff name Nurul very nice & helpful. I walked in to self collect my parcel due to it have been on hold for 7 days. She helped me to find the parcel. But due to many packs there, she asked me to leave my contact & will contact me when find it. Luckily, my parcel was found before I leave. Thanks, Nurul & another staff that helped to search for it.
*1 star delivery service: Parcel been on hold at this droppoint for 7 days. Nurul claimed that not enough riders. And, no one pickup the call with the contact that put in the Google.
