The service is really bad and slow! My goods have been sent to the wrong outlet and I called to customer agent, but the customer agent didn't not help to settle and let me keep waiting for 3 days! Customer agent said will let me know the status but end up I have to call them everyday to chase them. The printing is slow too! Customer agent is not helpful at all, and they said: your goods already sent to the outlet, the only thing you can do is you ask a courier service to pick up yourself or you go to pick up personally! This is ridiculous!

 Very poor service! I sent my goods to a location that was not what I wanted, I contacted the customer service, the customer service was perfunctory, and said that it would be processed, but after 3 days, it was not processed at all. It also made me have to call to follow up every day. Different customer service only Make an official statement! It is recommended that everyone do not use EPRINT this super bad service! not good at all!
