★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the restaurants we would visit over a long lunch break in 2008. Plenty of protocol then and finding a place to sit was difficult. You had to wait a long time for food too. Now in 2022, the food is still as great and dining in is so much easier. There's no free chicken soup which you could self serve but the star attractions of roast pork, BBQ pork and roast chicken are a treat. Loved it to bits. Must try if you're in the pudu area.

Arrive early and get your order in before they start serving at 12 pm (recently changed from 12.30 pm, not sure if that's permanent)

The skin is the best part. The skin is crunchy and not hard, and the skin is attack well with the meat.
The bottom part of the meat is cut off, that part usually is dry, tough and full with spices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A favorite with both locals and foreign tourist (including me) they open in the afternoon at about noon and many people have queued for a spot. Roast pork and char Siew are both best seller here. They have good and fragrant chicken rice too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non-halal. Recommended the roasted pork belly. it’s juicy meat and crispy skin with 5spices aroma. The lime plum juice is nice, but full of seeds. Lol.
When you want to order, go directly to the lady in front of the shop and pay. You will get the bill and wait the waiter to serve at desk or take away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best roasted pork in KL, old school taste, crispy, the fat part is perfectly melt to the mouth. But recently visit I found that the quality drop a bit, even still Dato’ is the one solely in charge. Need to spare more time to here, as nearby development make it very complicated route to reach, and need more time to find parking, and spare 15-30min to Q and wait. Overall still the best choice for roasted pork.

First time eating.
Order chicken breast + BBQ pork add 1 small rice @ rm 27. Chicken breast potion is big compare to others. BBQ pork potion also bigger then others.
Taste was chicken breast + BBQ pork ?? but the BBQ pork is juicy compare to others.
For me who ever not try before just come once. Never try never know.
Better go 2 person if you want to take away, parking there is very hard see your luck.
