★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located near to Jakel Mall. Just nice location. The goods prices were reasonable. However some item got discount. Ample parking for car but they don't have parking for motorcyle. Customer have to park motorcyle far away from this Hypermarket. Suggest to allocate some motorcyle parking bay at underground parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The supermarket has a wide variety of products. I was surprised that it sells big blocks of paneer cheese. It even has a small Indian and Arabic food corner. The briyani was tasty and slightly spicy. The fried chicken is good and crispy. There was even a corner that sells nuts and Indian/Turkish sweets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From far, look like shopping mall but come closer, look like discount hypermarket.? What a waste? Nice location, nice building like office turned into hypermarket. Next time, visit because this time, just passing by.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very crowded but not enough cashier to serve. most of the counter closed , most of the time. Also staffs at checkout are very slow & take their own time. Trying to save money by not opening counters and suffering customers. Need to wait at least 15-20 mins at checkout. Can't do urgent shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seafood section uncle was helping me cleaning fish choose fresh fish ? I think he is the most friendly person here . 21/10/21. Very good service uncle at seafood section
Update on the mackerel fish ?: this products is tasteless make sure you don’t buy it. See the expired even another one year but also been one year. Waste my money and time to deep fried it but cannot eat at all .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first time heard about Lulu from my relatives then decide to visit and the environment of the hypermarket is really makes you want to buy and shop
the place is big even its too crowd on weekend but manageable
the price range is definitely competitive to other hypermarket and yet some of the goods is pricy compare to other store but still offer so much varieties
staff is friendly enough and offers some tester to taste
also the ambiance is really comfy just the parking is quite confusing but the staff will show you the way
just managed to go up to level 2 this time
all type of payment is available here
all i can say is you can find very much of anything here
please go up to level 2 for parking settlement after you made purchased here for free
