★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I picked this clinic because it’s ground floor, my 83yo mum couldn’t walk up staircase. A plus point for us.
It turned out that the appointment making process was pleasant via WhatsApp. The interior design was modern. Dr Zac personally explained in great detail what’s happening with my mum’s bridge. During the procedure, the nurse held my mum’s hand to calm her knowing that my mum is very scared of dental processes.
The lounge is well designed, comfy and has DIY beverage making corner. Parking space is plenty on this Jalan, very convenient.
I like it. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit to Lumiere Dental in Puchong. Dr. Serenne was being so gentle and so very kind made the experience really memorable. The staff were super duper nice (Wani and another lady I forgot to ask her name) Thank you so much everyone ?. The clinic is very clean and cantik. Price wise is affordable. I am a very very veryyyyy happy patient. See you guys in my next visit. Be safe and Selamat Hari Raya ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to be so scared of visiting dental clinics because of a bad experience with a dentist. But Dr Teh was really good! He was very patient and explained everything to me clearly and made sure I understood what he was doing. He’s also very transparent with the costs. He’s not pushy with all those unnecessary products, which I really like!
Would definitely go back!
