β β β β β The experience with Tiew Dental was terrible. The dentist was seriously unethical to trim off my teeth edge without telling me, it was only a cleaning service! He straight away just flattened the entire lower jaw teeth by trimming off the edge of my canines and front teeth!
Apart from that, the front counter Malay staff totally cannot speak a word of English which made communication difficult. Their internal communication also sucked because when I asked them to stop calling me for after-visit survey but they took it as to stop giving me all kinds of calls including appointment reminder!!

β β β β β This clinic has been frequented by my husband for the last 2-3 years. Recently he went to get his toothache checked and was informed that there was a crack! The doctor told him that he had already noticed it a year ago but my husband was not informed of this?!?! He also said that the entire tooth is dead. Cannot be saved and so suggested him to remove the tooth and put in an implant.
We had just returned from a second opinion and guess what. The dentist recommended to do crowning instead as the tooth can still be saved!!! What Dr Gan said about "the tooth is dead" was a lie! Apparently I found out that early intervention could've taken place when the crack was first detected. But instead of informing the patient, he kept mum about it until he returned with pain. Heck, quotation of the implant given was between 6.5k-8.5k!!!
Trying to make a quick buck is totally unethical! Please know that people are more educated now to get 2nd, 3rd or 4th opinion elsewhere. Taking advantage of laymen. Totally won't recommend this dentist to anyone

β β β β β Dr Nikki Sin blew me away when she started showing me pictures of my existing condition and took her time to explain what needed to be fixed. After fixing, not only I felt better. I can see it really look better by comparing pictures before and after. This is an awesome experience! Defintely worth what I paid for.
