Jason attended to me & gave some advices on the color & hair style / hair cut. To be honest I am indecisive on the color. I am loving the color now and the fresh cut from Jason. I will definitely go back again.

Including proper evaluation of my hair and the health of my scalp. I also did their scalp treatment, which was very soothing to the scalp

The price is reasonable and the service is good too. I’ll definitely come back and look for Jason next time. Thank you once again for the service and effort!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deleted and editing my review so it is 100% accurate and reliable. I went to Luxe Studio on the 23rd of April w my friend and opted for a cut and colour. I wanted to get my hair dyed black but the hairstylist strongly advised against it and recommended me to get an undercolour of brown. I was hesitant as the colour was very light and was afraid that it would wash me out. But he assured me that it would be alright and I agreed in the end, though requested for the colour to be darker.
I just got time today to really examine my hair and would NOT recommend Luxe Studio for the following reasons:
1. Expensive - paid 238 ringgit for purely cut and colour. I don't think this is market rate,
2. Sub-par services - the dye was blotchy (see photos) and the cut was uneven. I had to trim my own hair after coming home. The stylist was not very skillful. He told me to trust him and I did but I ended up looking like a wannabe Jennie - see photos attached.
I feel that as a stylist and consultant, you should be more aware of what you're talking about and what you recommend your clients. I can't step out of my house with this hairstyle and have to re-dye it myself which forfeits the purpose of me going all the way to you in JB to do it anyway.
EDIT: they were very apologetic about the situation and I believe this to be a one off. Increasing my rating to 4 stars because they were sincere about wanting to right the wrong and gave me a full refund, no further questions asked!
