β β β β β Booked a package during the home expo in Bukit Jalil. When we went to their shop to choose the curtains, they showed us their options (which were quite limited). After choosing and then settling the payments, they suddenly mentioned that the curtains would need to be connected at the top as the cloth is not long enough. And the only available option is to upgrade to another type of cloth which requires a topup. The problem is why only this came up after the payment has been done? The measurements were already given at the home expo and also they knew when they came to the site and did their own measurements. NO mention of any specific cloth requirements until the payment has been settled. Super unprofessional and they kept on pushing the blame to others and refuse to admit their mistakes. Would not recommend to anyone, ever.
