I request to install rails and put on curtain, only install the rails and never help to put on the curtain, claimed they are rushing, despite customer doesn't has stairs at all. Super bad service, no sense of responsibility and bad management.

โ โ โ โ โ Pleasant experience engaging One Stop Curtain. Appreciate the practical and helpful advice by Joanne on fabric selection, curtain design, length etc - cost vs aesthetic as my ceiling height is higher than regular (12feet if not wrong).
Delivery and installation has been timely. The delay of 1.5 months was from my end due to delay from the built in wardrobes, cabinets, furnitures.
Very happy with the curtain quality and design, and the with punctuality of the installation.
Small regret is that I should've done the ceiling height for the living room despite the cost.
