★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had signed up a 44 days’ confinement package with LYC Bukit Jalil for our second baby. However, we had to leave the centre earlier on the 33rd day due to few Covid cases in the centre end of July. This is unavoidable even though LYC has been practising strict SOP all the while.
Anyway, I enjoyed my stay in LYC Bukit Jalil with my husband and our first child. All the staffs here are very helpful and friendly (customer service and Admin, nurses, housekeeping team and kitchen crews). Special thanks to Jasmine (CS) been so attentive to our every single request and query.
Not forgetting the fabulous food - 5 meals a day especially tea time. I felt like having dessert in the Michelin Star restaurants.
Other than hotel style accommodation, LYC provides comprehensive postnatal services such as baby nursery, doctors’ visits and consultation to both mommies and babies, healthy and nutritious meals, baby jaundice monitoring, online classes, breastfeeding guidance, postnatal massage/ Japanese Onsen Spa/ stretch marks treatment/ ginger hair wash (unfortunately these services are temporary stopped during MCO), etc.
I miss the time when staying in LYC and still continue taking another 30 days LYC confinement meals at home now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back in September 2020, my wife and I were searching for a confinement centre and ended up selecting LYC Mother & Child's Bukit Jalil branch as they've just opened doors and we've heard nothing but good things about their TTDI and Puchong branches.
We've just completed our 27-night stay and the entire experience was almost faultless. We stayed in the premier room which came with a king-sized bed, a sofa bed and a smart TV (Netflix enabled) amongst other amenities and the setup is comparable to a 5-star hotel.
My wife was fed 5 meals a day, all made fresh, and the kitchen also accommodated all of my wife's requests, including larger portions for certain meals and avoiding ingredients that she doesn't like. The afternoon tea was a level above the rest, which is something my wife looked forward to every day.
The nursery was excellent and the nurses were very experienced and attentive. They kept a detailed daily log of our newborn, including her jaundice levels, weight and feeding information. They also taught us swaddling & feeding techniques and how to bathe our newborn the right way.
Other services that we were afforded included weekly doctor and lactation consultant visits, daily classes and a corner for daddies to grab a quick snack.
LYC's CEO, Dr. June, visited us a couple of times during our stay to make sure everything is in order and she even went out of her way a number of times to make sure our expectations are met.
Internet connection was sufficient for leisure activities (e.g. streaming Netflix, light surfing), but were unfortunately unstable once in awhile, i.e. not enough to interrupt streaming, but not great for virtual meetings. To LYC's credit, they did bring in an IT guy to improve the situation when we raised this issue early during our stay.
We were initially worried that the newly opened branch might not meet the quality of service provided by the TTDI and Puchong branches, but after our stay, we can truly say that the confinement experience they offer is well worth the money spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very glad and satisfied that staying here for these 28 days. Staff are friendly and polite, very quick response when we have any question. The facilities in room are very good and also clean, I really enjoy and relax for these 28days.
A very thanks for the nursing service team here help me take care my baby while I was really tired and also help me solve a lot of problem as a new mom. They are really well trained and also very professional.
Meals at here are great and delicious especially their teatime.
If I having second baby I definitely will come back here for another 28 days??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a piece of mind during this 28 days even during emco and MCO period. Mummy, Meals and everything related to baby is taken care of. Food wise is modern Chinese style with some western concept. It also comes with traditional soup to nourish our body.
We sincerely appreciate everyone including all CS, nurses, staffs for their informative advice. They do even have dietician in-house to provide advise and consultation for postpartum care. Too bad all the massages and activities is not available at the moment except via zoom but hope it will be resume back for my second baby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glad that we are chosen LYC Bukit Jalil with our newborn. Beside mummy, and daddy’s point of view, this choice keep things stress-free for the confinement period. Unexpected, the room was spacious and well equipped, strong WiFi to allow us to watch all the TV programs on the smart TV or working with laptop with the smoothly connection. Well done on the prompt response of the customer service, daily housekeeping, nutrition 5 meals per day for mummy and optional ala carte menu for Daddy, all been served with fresh, hot, big portion and delivered on time. Last but not least, big thank you for the nursery team to care for the babies 24 hours, they was friendly, willing to listen and explain more info regarding the baby, we also stress free for the baby jaundice peak period, the team was keeping on to monitor and updated. As new parents especially mummy able to get a good nights sleep and allowed to recover quickly. Thank you Dr June listening all the opinions and the special treats, once again Thank you to the team!

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. 5 star room setup, wonderful food presentation and most importantly, the professional way of handling baby by the nursery team. Our family had enjoyed our stay very much and I did have very good rest and recovery after the delivery. If we ever gonna have our second baby, LYC is definitely our first and only choice! Love everything there! (Especially the warm toilet seat! ?)

Nurses are extremely caring, patient and experienced, putting my mind at ease whenever I leave my baby with them knowing my baby will be in good hands round the clock. Thanks LYC Bukit Jalil for this confinement staycation. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very satisfied with my stay here with my second baby. Their food here is very nice! Nurses are good and patient. They helped to wash breast pump bottles everyday. They gave me advice on how to deal with my breast blockage. Every week a doctor will be around so I can ask any questions if I have any problem with myself or baby. Baby was under nurses' daily monitor for jaundice. Basically I can just leave my baby to the professionals and I focus on myself. I stayed in LYC TTDI for my first baby, and as a return mommy they gave discounts.
The staff here are very friendly and they are very passionate in serving the mommies here. Their Covid-19 SOP is also very strict to protect mommies and babies here.
