Respond to owner: I call & I email your customer service everytime. They can only apologise for the screw up but no improvement for the next order and again and again...just check your own records!!! (You can also check with your Alex Ang.) Trust me, If i have a choice I wouldn't purchase anything from Lyreco. I hope Nespresso wakes up too & assign another entity for their distribution!
