★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the Village Grocer here and treat it like my corner shop as it is near my house. The layout is customer friendly and efficient. It is a medium sized supermarket but it has almost 95% of my weekly grocery needs. The only hiccup sometimes is that only 2-3 cashier counters are open and this can be frustrating if there are many customers. Otherwise I would highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice condo but poor quality of kitchen cabinets. Used after 5 years, I need to replace all brand new kitchen cabinets and island. Electrolux fridge and washing machine were giving me a lot of problem. Washing machine mother board needs to be replace and quoted by Electrolux technician cost rm2000++. My unit and the whole building were infested with crocroches. I wont buy or rent this property.

Do not rent an apartment or studio on the 20th floor in each tower because there is a water pump that is become a source of annoyance you can't handel it.
The management neglected maintenance during the past years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This residential building is distinguished by its location as it is close to the center, shopping centers and hospitals. There are many services below the building, restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy, clinics, and a hair salon. I can say everything is integrated, but for its low price, there are some minor flaws in the housing units, as there is no continuous maintenance from the owners.
Perhaps because most of the tenants are Arabs and some agents are exploitative in the price. The entertainment areas are good, as there are 3 open gardens, but the swimming pool is located on the 23rd floor and is in the middle of the residential units. There is no fun in using it in fact, as it is small. I think there are a number of new buildings surrounding it that are better than m city in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, but this is what is desired by many
