★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has potential! The nice location and excellent initial planning means it could really line up to the name "corporate suites". Instead, it's a run down place reminding me of post apocalyptic refuges for the well heeled. The only reason I come here is for the missus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building has lots of wooden stuff so the room I went to had some problems with that (water leaking, some pests getting in, etc.) The buildinh looks a bit old, but is pretty fine and functional. Has 3 elevators, so that's better than most. This is like the block E of the Gurney Heights Complex. Noise from nearby mosques will definitely penetrate through the walls, no getting away from that when you're here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The suites are huge but kinda rustic. It used to be the thing way back then in 2000. The surroundings are not really pleasant but eateries are abundant.
