★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My group of girlfriends spent 3D/2N here. We took the 3 bedroom apartment. Place was comfortable and service was superb. Fast check in and fast handling with our luggage. Well we have 2 big trolley of luggage. What do you expect from 12 old ladies. Hahaha.... In fact we have stayed all the 3 M boutique hotels in Ipoh they never failed to impress us. Excellent service and cosy hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate this place a solid 3 star NOT 4 star. This hotel gets quite crowded, and the walls must be quite thin. So throughout the evening I would hear frequent doors slamming well into 1am in the morning.
Did not have a breakfast buffet option during my stay.
Also, although they offer access to 3 washing machines and 2 dryers. The dryers always seem to be used by someone there before you, and the dryers seem to take 2 times as long as the washers for some reason.
Did not enjoy my stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay here many times for business. The room quality is well maintained. But the outdoor parking setting is a challenge when the weather is not cooperative. Your car will also be covered with tonnes of leaves in the morning. Also if you are not able to drop off your luggage at the lobby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious, good ambience & the room was beautiful both to stay and for photo purpose.
Cons
• Very limited breakfast & beverages option
• Inconsistent hot water pressure in shower
• Ironing board lever at my room got problem
• Customer service (reception) could be a little more friendlier. Smile won't harm ?
Other than that it was a good stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I was there yesterday, but there were some comments and I hope you will accept my opinion. We begin: The room is beautiful, but there are some problems in the bathroom in the seat. There is no water spray device in front of the seat. They only have something that comes out from the back and drops the water, and this is very bad. This does not clean anything but heats me. A lot and there are also some Muslims. I don't know why you chose this failed invention. It's really very bad. I wish there was a water spray device added next to the seat. Also, there was some dirt in the room like dust. I got really tired and my throat hurt. This will be your last visit, but we don't know One day I came to you and did everything change or would you stay like this?

Straightforward check-in, good parking, attentive service when we asked for more water and toiletries, and pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Gym on top floor surprisingly well-equipped.
Some parts of the room a bit worn, but overall a thoroughly enjoyable and seamless stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our group of 10 booked 1 no 2 bedrooms and 1no 3 bedrooms apartment. The rooms and toilets are clean and spacious.
The 2 bedrooms apartment has a large sharing common/tv room with sofa, small fridge and microwave oven. There is also provision with tea/coffee making facility and 4bottles (small)+2bottles (large) mineral water. Additional availability of ironing facility, good quality disposable sandal and bath robe is an added bonus
I did not check the 3 bedrooms apartment, so no comment.
The hotel is also centrally located with many tourist spots within easy access.
Will definitely book this hotel again in my future trip to Ipoh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rating is for the room itself. We booked deluxe king plus. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was spacious and I like the big full length mirror - good for makeup.
As for the pool, I would give 0 rating. It was really dirty that I don't think anyone would want to touch the water. When I approached the staff about the dirty pool, I was informed that they don't have to clean it. Please clean the pool, seriously!
