C	Coelius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. Clean room. No buffet as number of guests are low. Served cold American Breakfast Set for my breakfast. Dim lighting toilet. Noise can be heard from other rooms.

Location is superb as it is just opposite Kinta River and just nearer to Ipoh old town/ street. The hotel food was nice . Services are good. The staffs are polite.
J	Julian Putra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not stay at the hotel or the suites. I live in a residential neighbourhood immediately adjacent to the suites. On the night of the 2nd May and from 6.30am on the 3rd of May, there was extremely loud Indian music emanating from the pool area of the suites. The residents were alarmed and distrurbed by the lack of civic consciousness of the people responsible who were doing this. At 6.50am, I informed the security guards at the lobby of the suites to please do something about it but they said there was nobody at the pool. Upon pressing the matter, they said they would inform their management. From their responses and sidestepping the issue, i went to tell the security guards at the hotel to see if they could help. They were extremely helpful and kind. The music could not be heard at the hotel entrance but could be from the rear of the suite complex. They also informed the suites were managed by a different group of people from the hotel. A kind neighbour and I concurred the loud Indian music was indeed emanating from the suite pool, as we stood by his house next door to the suites compound. With this information, it is hoped that management of the suites will take appropriate measure to avoid such incidents, especially since the suites are located within a residential neighbourhood as part of their corporate social responsibility.

Z	Zainab Kheraluwala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfied with the room we were offered. Kinta says it's a 4 star hotel. The room seems to be dull and the carpet had stain marks. The bathroom had a dull lighting. The location of the hotel is good. When you enter the front lobby everything looks amazing as if you have come to a wonderful location but when you enter the room all your dream and imagination shatters. The hotel faces river on one side and the other side faces the high way. The hotel has a dinning places, 7 eleven and gift shop too. There is a river walk and few fast food joints which open from 6 to11 pm at night. Do stroll at the river side for a view and fun

The 1st room that I get, strong smoke smell in the room. Just before check out, areas near to elevators have strong smoke smell.

The staff service here is impeccable and you can genuinely feel their warmth. Booked a room without breakfast so no review of the food. Room wise, it is just so dated and it does need a makeover. The curtains we could see it was dusty and those with sensitive noses will probably be affected. I did not really get a comfortable good nights sleep although I must commend the air conditioning service is well maintained because it felt like -10 degrees every night.
