★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is beautiful but smells a little ... The view is also not interesting, unlike in the promotional picture ... The pool water is dirty and there is a lot of dust ... Hope it can be fixed after this

- Asked them to clean it causes 1 hour late check in,
- Bathroom door lock not working,
- Room's Main door we can't keep it open it closes fast,
- Water heater not working,
- Room is also not comfortable, just small room for only a night stay
- Not recommend for family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ thumbs down. i was here 4 years ago and that time was good. visit again last week now very bad. the owner should replace new bed sheets , n pillow cover. its so dirty and disgusting . why still using those things so longer? disapointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as photo shown in any online booking platform. Please see latest photo. Trash everywhere like nobody take care. There is no garden view nor sea view. Dirty toilet. We clean & brush bowl & floor ourself. No towel provided. Buy our own towel at nearby shop. HOPE MABOHAI CAN IMPROVE IN FUTURE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, the rooms really could be improved to make the place more attractive for the prices. Location is great if ur going to UK theme park and bazaars around the area during raya. If not can go for ATV or go kart
Room:
Cons: My room water supply wasn't great, there is unwashed cups and television is not working. Overall hygiene is acceptable in my opinion after staying in the worst hotels in malaysia
Pros: Parking is relatively safe, Aircon working and the pool is relatively clean. Wifi is stable and there is bbq facility for fishers who plan for fishing stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For anyone that just want to sleep for one night and didn't care for hygiene at all, you could try at this place.. although I stil won't recommend it. Very poor hygiene at the toilet and the bed. I couldn't even take a look at the toilet. The smell is sooooo bad. The hot water is not working. The bed sheets are sooooo dirty. Don't trust the advertisement, only lies and trickery. There are no beautiful beach view as advertised, you can only see muddy lake full of trash in front of your room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give more ratings but clearly the operator does not know what is the meaning of "hospitality".
If you just want to sleep for the night, it's ok but even so you must not be a light sleeper.
The folks who you are staying with could be more considerate instead of having a BBQ party in wee hours in the morning or the operator could be more stern for benefits of other guests. The walls are paper thin.
Yes your check-in is at 2:30pm but when customer comes in and asks if we can check-in early, you could say "Yes but you need to pay extra" or just a simple "Yes" but to answer "No" is not a great thing, especially when you are recovering from pandemic impact.
