β β β β β Bad customer service. They called and asked me to pickup my iphone. I came all the way from johor to the store just to be informed that my iphone was still not available. Sadly, they did not even apologise.

β β β β β Seriously people - please REFRAIN buying your Apple product from this reseller. Iβm a frequent Apple product buyer and when i recently purchased a Mac (Cash) they never offered any discount on Accessories (non Apple product) and instead offered me to purchase a 1 year Warranty for RM699 which covers Mac Monitor Crack/Water Spill. SERIOUSLY?!!! Any of Maccity Shareholders who reads this comment, i suggest you buck up and dont take advantage of buyers! If you wish to reach me, you may at my id.

β β β β β Last week I've been there to send my 8 plus to repair (still in warranty) because the receiver is burst and the staff tell me to backup all my data first before sending in and I already ask the staff can I get a phone replacement for a while cause I don't have any phone to use, she inform me I can get a replacement and Im so happy about that. Yesterday I walk-in again to send my phone and I ask for double confirmation 'i can get a phone replacement right ? ' the staff tell me I cannot get it and if I really want a phone replacement, I can come by tomorrow, for sure I can get a replacement because there's no stock and guess what, I'm still fine with it and wait after tomorrow patiently. Today in afternoon, I walk-in the centre again and ask about the replacement. Guess what ? They don't have the stock yet, I starting to get mad and I pretty sure I'm going to blow soon. Come on, I've walk-in there for two times but there's no solution for me. Lastly I'm sending my phone without getting any phone replacement and the staff tell me to wait for the call for the phone replacement. I'm not satisfied with the service there. Please take this thing seriously if you want your customer to stay with your product, thank you????

headed over on the 21st Feb due to certain issues with my new phone, got it replaced within 3 days and employees were delight in order to even provide me a spare iphone for the time being.

β β β β β Excellent service staff! They did a great job, replaced my faulty display within a day, I can get back my iphone done, 2 months ago. Now the iphone can function well, no more issue on the screen. They also help me and teach me on how to backup data before sending in my iphone for repair. Miss Nora, Miss Asyikin and Miss Ain are friendly too. Help me a lot! Thank you guys.

β β β β β We are on holiday in Melaka when a problem developed on our I phone 12 pro max and I pad. Amongst other issues we couldnβt get software updates or open apps. We googled to find the store and went in to ask for help. A gentleman called Goh Lun Hong approached us and our experience was a 10/10. He identified all the issues and help restore both devices spending a good 30 minutes with us. Bearing in mind our devices were purchased overseas and we are not customers of this outlet the service was a true credit to Apple. We asked to pay but were told it is part of the service. Everyone in the shop was super kind and friendly with excellent English. Thank you Mac City Melaka and Goh Lun Hung.
