β β β β β It was from the SUNWAY VELOCITY branch, a chinese sales girl with short hair roughly around 4pm we arrived at the shop . The sales girls was very rude, closing all the cabinet very rudely, keep giving us very bad eye contact, and after my friend tried the lipstick, she handed the tissue to her like some homeless people who couldn't afford to buy, to my disbelief this is a branded shop.

β β β β β The girl who served me showed uninterested attitude and not even trying to introduce the products. I ask 1 she answered 1. Sheβs not even looking at me in the eye when she answered my questions. Only helped me with removing makeup from my hand. MAC is a professional brand, u can do better MAC! So disappointing!

β β β β β Very bad attitude toward customer. Went there twice but still experienced bad service. MAC as a speciality cosmetic store should take note on this issue. Great training & attitude toward customer really needed amongst Velocity M.A.C. employees.

β β β β β Bad service!!! after try the lipsticks the Chinese girl no provide the tissue for wide. Besides I have try two lipsticks itβs look like same colour so I asked her what is the different of the lipsticks colour but she answers me the name of the lipsticks???? I think she also donβt know.....

β β β β β i never ever seen any worker that could have a service that bad i went in and called for her she was talking to another worker not for work and she ignored me when i went over to call her she gave me a very rude face and asked me to wait and when she came the attitude was really bad until i bought the thing she was still talking to the another worker at the cashier and when i went there she stopped and she was so slow the worst customer service i ever got

β β β β β 5 star service βΊοΈ the pretty chinese girl Chloe was helpful and handle my cosmetic with care,I went there purchased for Christmas Gift for my girlfriend, requested wrapping service and got a free gift lastly, i will definitely come again!! ?βΊοΈ

β β β β β I went last Friday (5th Nov 2021) about 6:30pm++. I don't remember the sales assistant name. After I enter the boutique she make me wait about a few mins only came out from the back room. It's ok then, I asking for the setting powder & I told her my concern about my skin and so on, her replied is your problem I cannot solve for you. (It's like you want buy then buy don't want buy can go away that kind of expression) I consider a loyal customer of M.A.C I went Pavilion & 1 Utama branch never experience like this. Both of the brand sales assistance even answer my concern & trying to help me. No next time enter Velocity store! Really bad attitudes.
