β β β β β It's Raya season and unfortunately this branch is understaffed. There are only 3persons manning the whole outlet. So food took longer than expected.
Cleaning up the tables took longer too. Not complaining about the food but I think overall, Management should put up signs to educate the public to take their own trays to the tray counter.
Malaysian customers better buck up in terms of being civic minded. Our habits are appalling.

β β β β β I just went to A&W Sunway Velocity on 29/5/2022. My girlfriend ordered chicken set along with curly fries. Both of us get diarrhea on the next day!! The food here is not clean and hygiene at all. Not only that, the root beer is not cold enough, and the curly fries is not curly at all!!
Guys and girls, please think twice if you want to visit this A&W outlet. I will never visit this outlet anymore. This is my first time and also the last time.

β β β β β Nice tastes Mozza Burger which was double beef. Made it up a combo and added single scoop for RB float. Twister fried was sold out however the French fried was served in hot. Memorable tastes at my childhood time to have this food now again since 30 years ago. The mall is not direct linked to train station. It could walk from both Cochrane and Maluri MRT. Perhaps buses also can be reached.

β β β β β Pretty good overall, in fact the food prepared was very fresh and tasty even though it was at peak hours. Definitely drinking root beer is the hype of eating in A&W, where you can feel the real glass jug in a fast food chain. They did improved alot in food and services, definitely coming back.

β β β β β A βfast foodβ that took 20 mins to prepare and yet, the fries wasnβt ready after 20 mins (they just put into the fryer, not right after we ordered ya). Curly fries was out of stock so normal french fries is given, itβs not crispy at all even they just fried it. While staff is preparing our food, they just left it at the counter, where another customer is ordering food, their kids played in front of the counter, right in front of our food but they didnβt even care about it. I hope I see wrongly, the kids actually tried to touch our food with his hand. ? So, we eat our food while waiting for the fries but it isnβt sent to us even after we finished our food already, the alarm isnβt ringing either. Until we walked and asked at the counter, they didnβt even rmb our order. Fantastic. We also tried their waffles, itβs not cooked inside and the waffle is tasteless if you eat without ice cream or chocolate syrup. Oh ya, one of their staffs didnβt bother to put on his mask when he is preparing food! ?
One extra star for their fried chicken, itβs fresh and hot indeed.
