★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to charge me RM80 just to open a “report” for a product replacement case. Haven’t even factor in the other service charges that gonna be incurred later on.
Apple should just revoke their service license. Completely contradicts what the official Apple Support online promised.
Been to Machines Mid Valley service centre which was excellent but the one in Aeon is just so bad.

Because I've waited for my pre Order for almost three week but order have not been shipped, for store pickup but now machine aeon melaka showing have ready stock am I able to jus get the ready stock and pay the remaining balance at the branch for graphite iphone 13 pro max 256 instead of waiting on the pre order

staff not professional at all, especially the staff at the service bar. although my MacBook still in warranty, they keep talking that is software issue, need paid ?? (display flash, is software issue), without any checking, said restore, call us paid? hello, why you know customer don't know how to restore? official website already got tutorial teach us how to restore okay? come here give you money ? Product in warranty still need paid diagnostic fee ??, won't come anymore bad experience.
