★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mmmmm...the foods are nicely fried, taste incredibly well. I have ordered fried nian gao, which is a rice cake for chinese new year. The combination of the yam, sweet potato slice sandwiching the sweet sticky nian gao is probably the most tasteful fried nian gao i have ever tried. Oh ya, it is the way how chinese fried the nian gao long ago. The slim crispy coating of the flour mixture is a plus to this food.
Well, the tofufa, which is the beancurd with sugar syrup brought back the traditional taste of chinese tofufa as well.
Anyway, given it three stars coz the oil quality of the fried food is needed to improve. The oil is dirty for being used to fried the food over and over again. It makes my throat uncomfortable and hopefully they will improve on this
