Mr Hanif (the guy with a long hair) had helped me in a tremendous way by expertly explaining on the product features and etc though I already said to him I was just surveying first. He made me felt welcomed there and the reason I’m writing this review a week later because his great service still lingers up in my mind until today. Makes me want to visit the store again soon on my payday! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enter machines and not receive any welcome greet. Was standing at machines east mall for like 20 minutes and trying to reach out to the staff for assistance as we was there to buy macbook. Unfortunately non of them try to help and ignore us. Later, come a couple into the store, they straightly greet them welcome. Great attitude! Kudos
