I did not dine here. But I ordered online which route me to this outlet. Selected delivery for 5.45-6pm. But until 6.15 no show. Had to call the restaurant, the answer is so unacceptable. You should keep track on the orders, somemore on your online order (not grab nor foodpanda). Its been 1 hour after but no show still. And its ramadhan. You should be alert when your rider doesnt come up! Not just sitting there waiting for your customer to call asking for the status!

Last night had a quick dinner with my family and im very disappointed with the food served. I dont think the amount i pay is reasonable with the food i had. I would prefer outside Thai food store ?

Everytime go must queue for more than 30 min.. maybe because of the new mall opening.

Went there for a quick dinner yesterday. The staff wasnt very attentive. Dessert portion was very small for RM11+. No attention was made in presenting their food. Seafood Tomyam noodles looked so plain when served. If this is some random food stall along the street I feel this is totally ok but for a proper restaurant in a shopping mall I was actually quite disappointed with their service. Brinjal in green curry wasnt cooked through as well.

I visited their outlet at KL East & that was by far the least pleasant experience I ever had. I ordered the japanese sizzling bean curd with chicken & prawn and the minute it arrived, I was shocked by the looks of it. Too bad I didnt get a photo, but try imagining you cook bean curds & add in 3 rasa sauce, throw in some chicken, 1 mushroom, 1 piece of baby corn, 2 pieces of really tiny prawns, & lots of mixed vege (the frozen peas carrots kind). Not only that it wasn’t aesthetically pleasing, it tasted so-so also. For a meal that’s worth RM20++ a plate, I would say that it wasn’t value for money. I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, so I decided to just pay & leave. As I was paying at the cashier, the staff asked how was the food. I gave him the feedback saying that I had ordered a similar dish from another one of their branches, & it tasted better. The staff was immediately triggered with my feedback & got defensive. His response was very unprofessional as he did not once asked how they could improve but instead got so emotional with my feedback. Safe to say, I will not visit this outlet at KL East again.

Just okay. Food is okay, service is okay. Green curry is a bit spicy ya even for those who can eat spicy food well. I would recommend a bowl of green curry chicken is shared with 2/3 people. Dessert - it's a water chestnut ya people, not chestnut. Lol. I was imagining different chestnut n wonder why I was served differently ?
