β β β β β I guess rudeness and laziness are two of the criteria to be hired as a staff in this place. No one would approach you the moment you step into the shop and if you're still there for 30 minutes or so, you'd still won't see anyone coming to you to assist in any way. Probably, they assume people who enter the shop, generally couldn't afford their products. And if you call out someone to ask questions, you'd repeatedly get rude answers. Learnt my lesson. if they make my day bad, I'd doubt making theirs bad is going to make any difference to them. Guess they're paid to NOT let customers buy anything from them. WeIRD.

β β β β β Poor customer service! As much as I like Apple products, I think they need to put more attention on customer service... they have rude sales person, and for some reason, they all look like they want you to get out of their shop! Seriously, this is not the only shop that sells apple products...I strongly suggest to get it elsewhere Harvey Norman sales person is wayyyyyyyy better !!!!

β β β β β I bought iPhone 6 from this store and it was the worst decision of my life!!! The phone became hang after 3 months and I bring back for service as it is still under warranty and they say they want rm800 for repair as the system already broken. Lol?? Its not fault right that the system broken after 3 months only? It is definitely the phone problem. And my phone was still under warranty and they charge me rm800???? Wth??? Totally disappointing!!!! That phone is a scam!!!

β β β β β Noticed that this store received lots bad reviews. So was quite hesitant to go at first. However still I went there to survey and the sales person was very helpful and provided me his opinions and knowledges about the gadgets ending up I bought the iphone there.
If they do take the review seriously, I think they have changed their attitude towards customer.
Thanks to Muhtazam who explained a lot to me and all the other staff member who was very helpful as well.
Ps : different people different experience ?

β β β β β Worst customer service ever. The staffs in the shop just wandering around and never come to ask if I need anything although I've been in there for 10 MINUTES!!!!! When I finally requested for assistance, they responded to me rudely. I asked questions regarding the products and they just answered with a few words without further explanation. It makes me not welcome in the shop. They even leave me without saying anything although I have few more things to asked. Anyway, this place is horrible. I don't like it and will never buy from this store

β β β β β Bought a simple charging cable for my Apple Watch from them. Turns out it was broken. Tried to exchange it the next day and they refused. They are now sending it for repair that is taking more than 2 weeks now. Awful customer service. They should have just exchanged it. Do not buy from them. I had to buy a new cable. Bought two generic cables now from low yat and they work fine.

β β β β β Worse service ever. Bought an iPhone 6S Plus 128GB 9months ago for RM 4,799. The battery is failing and the fingerprint sensor is giving trouble. (The quality of Apple products have declined substantially since Tim Cooks took over!)
When I took my phone there and explained my dilemma to one of the sales guys, he starts by saying "Oh... It's going to take a long time if we send it in for you. 3-5 weeks."
Irritated with his absolute lack of assistance, I ask to see the manager. The sales guy say, "Sure, but it won't make a difference!" Socially inept. Shows MacStudios criteria for employment.
The manager (Calvin) is polite. He tells me that Mac Studio branch will send the phone to the HQ that will further run test and then send it to a service center. So he asked me to directly go to the service center myself to save time. What a dumb company Standard Operating Procedure. Obviously designed to pass the buck.
Avoid buying products from Mac Studio. They don't really care about the experience Apple promises its customers.
ROUND 2
Went back to look for some adapters for my Mac. Still crappy service. All the staff were on their mobiles. Got a picture to proof my point.

β β β β β THE MOST TERRIBLE Mac Studio I EVER SEEN! Bad customer service, and being so rude to customer~ just bought an iphone 7 from them, and start to boot up, the phone is hang there, we thought was normal to get setup will take some time, but after 15 min, is still stuck on the logo, not even one hour, i bring back to ask for exchange, they mention will be a bug on that version, so they store it or update, for me, i feel that insecure that a new machine will hanging at first boot up, so i ask for changing another set, they said cannot exchange another one~ also they said is open already so cannot be change~ they let me feel the way that, you selling defect item to the customer, and the staff told me that in 100 unit 1 will happen this kind of situation, mean that not first time selling defect item to the customer, and i ask for headquarter contact number for letting Mac Studio know about this case, and the staff (Muhtazam) and he reply me that "Up To You", i hope Mac Studio really take action on this kind of situation.
